位於銅鑼灣的名館,是一間頗有人氣的新派中菜館。餐廳位於希慎的十四樓,沒想到人潮超多,大部份都是說普通話的內地朋友。銀湖天鵝酥$58一客三隻 天鵝酥,賣相精緻有趣。天鵝的底部是酥皮包,鬆軟酥化,可惜是次油份略重,油味頗濃。內裡是紫薯蓉餡,軟糯綿密。蜂蜜柚子蝦球$88名館招牌之一,是蜂蜜柚子蝦球。每次光顧,我必會點選一份。是次蝦球較為小隻,蝦肉軟滑,沾上稠黏柚子醬,甜甜脆脆,很好吃呢。和風櫻花蝦炒飯$98向來喜歡吃櫻花蝦,這個炒飯以蟹籽,粟米,青豆等炒起,飯粒分明,粒粒乾身,帶櫻花蝦香,米飯煙靭,蟹籽脆卜卜,味道不錯呢。
