To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日嚟到荃灣約朋友食飯, 過年期間其實開嘅鋪頭都唔多，朋友抵得諗話提早嚟呢間壽司店等位，等咗成個鐘頭終於有位。呢間鋪頭將壽司送到客人枱面嘅方法十分特別係有一架日本新幹線小火車，將幾碟壽司一次過車到去客人檯面附近，客人攞咗之後就可以禁制將架車送走，新奇，好玩，得意又有特色。比較有特色嘅係三色刺身，三文魚厚切，鮮味，北寄貝大塊得嚟好有咬口，刺身蝦相當之大隻，非常新鮮鮮甜，有口感。另外要讚好嘅係蟹子壽司，啲蟹子好大粒好新鮮，賣相亦都十分之靚，不枉等咗成個鐘頭先有得食。
