To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

唔知有無人發覺,雖然都係元氣,但間間分店質數都超參差, 最差既今次唔提,今次講我暫時試過唔算最好都頭三位既一間分店, 已經食完再食嫁啦!係慈雲山中心入面, 卡位最多坐六人,否則就迴轉枱,呢樣真係唔多方便,無左可以隨人數而變既order枱,因為我地成日都七,八個人,七個人都仲加到櫈,八個人要分開食。軟殼蟹手卷, 無人次令人失望,次次都好脆,又唔會成舊都係粉,個紫菜又係脆卜卜!今次個蒸蛋有小小失手,比較水左啲其他壽司真係唔錯,有厚度,又新鮮,之前去過有分店夠膽死薄到係穿窿,係個面到穿窿直望啲飯,呢間從未試過!
