To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

大圍新翠商場這間東南亞餐廳一直都有唔少捧場客…因為唔食熱氣快餐的話，商場入面根本冇乜嘢好食……呢排唔去得遠，唯有食佢…午餐$45起, 凍飲加兩蚊H. 咸菜豬肚湯飯睇埋上係唔錯的睇落都幾多餸，食落就好普通…唔知點解會有咁多雜菌…… 根本就係雜菌鹹菜豬肚湯飯… 當我一廂情願佢會有胡椒味…其實係冇………因為太多雜菌同鹹菜所以成個湯係鹹鹹甜甜，再帶啲苦味…因為原來湯入面仲有勁多苦瓜！每次我一以為食緊鹹酸菜…其實就係苦瓜… 而我係唔鍾意食苦瓜，如果我一早知道呢個飯係會有苦瓜喺入面，我一定唔會叫… 點睇個菜名都唔會覺得佢會有苦瓜……全部都係苦瓜！！！A. 椒鹽豬扒飯還好，都叫正常… 只係比較濕餐廳入面餐牌仲有的豆腐火腩河個人覺得太多汁同太杰，唔係咁鍾意，豆腐火腩都ok
