To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我們第一次dinner date他不知有心或無意選了這間浪漫店名的餐廳❣️我們選了一個龍蝦湯海鮮鍋配烏冬($88)，加$35轉套餐。我一向討厭南瓜那種有菜腥味的甜膩，但套餐的南瓜湯意外地creamy，又滑又香甜，兩人都讚不絕口。海鮮鍋有蝦、魚、蜆、青口，鍋內還有各種素菜包括我最愛的娃娃菜和金菇。海鮮爽甜又份量十足，加上一大碗烏冬，兩個人食都有六七成飽。他說香草吉列牛($128)是這裡的皇牌。綠色的香草包裹著嫩紅的牛肉令人食慾大增。上菜時覺得份量有點少，但吃過一口就覺得不愧是皇牌：牛肉又嫩又沒有筋，香草味帶淡淡的清香。燒熱的油脂肉香配飯剛好，兩個人吃又滿足又不會膩。他又燒肉又顧著海鮮鍋。這頓飯只是看著他認真燒肉投餵我，聽著他叫我別幫忙小心燙到手，就值回票價了吧？這是完美的第一次。願我們餘下的路上，宛如初見❣️
