To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

叫左個芝士雞排丼飯既外賣，印象中既丼飯係會有蔬菜，飯一定係熱。拎到上手發覺中晒伏，呢間既丼飯淨係得兩塊即炸既急凍雞排同飯，飯仲係凍冰冰返屋企後試左啖飯發現味道係酸的，超級奇怪，唔肯定係壽司飯定係飯變壞左第一，如果我係超市或者donki買，飯凍既我覺得好合理，但宜家我係餐廳買，店家提供熱既飯應該係基本同合理吧第二，真係未食過丼飯既飯係酸的，酸既飯同炸物真係好唔夾，味道超奇怪，而且無提供蔬菜，食幾啖已經覺得好乾好濟第三，店家個menu淨係寫芝士雞排丼飯，完全無提及過會用炸同埋飯係酸，如果一早知道咁奇怪既配搭真係唔會幫襯，大拿拿五十蚊港幣。
