佢哋每道菜都會寫有咩成份,可以讓人搵到合心水嘅選擇。就好似依道沙律,主要有羽衣甘藍(Kale,晌網上有見過譯為卷葉芥蘭)、意大利煙肉碎、松子仁並拌勻蜜糖香蒜汁。羽衣甘藍入口清爽,煙肉碎及松子仁加添口感嘅變化,醬汁亦做得較輕盈,整體感覺清新健康
。題外話,羽衣甘藍近年被受熱捧,除有豐富有益元素外,有指對某些癌症有好處。

上文都講過店內專登做咗個大烤爐,加上餐牌中薄餅嘅菜式多達15款,另加一款自由組合,而且,汁底有茄醬底、白底(唔加醬汁)及香草醬底,所以,睇得出薄餅喺其主打菜式。所以,點都要試一試其薄餅至得。

卡邦尼意粉(雞蛋煙肉意粉)相信大家食唔少,薄餅版嘅卡邦尼唔知會變成點?佢屬於無醬汁底嘅款式,但批面鋪咗好多意大利煙肉、紫洋蔥,又加少少羅勒葉,再以蒜頭、黑胡椒調味,配合埋莫沙里拉芝士,而最「卡邦尼」就自不然晌中心位打隻生雞蛋啦。批底屬薄批,但又唔喺「餅乾」底,咬落好軟熟,有點韌勁,味道鹹鹹香香,莫沙里拉芝士香軟柔韌。
