To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

早幾日諗住去南豐紗廠打卡影相，所以去左荃灣食個lunch先😁行行下去到一間中式麵小店，因為之前去過山西同蘭州旅行，所以對刀削麵同蘭州拉麵都有啲研究。上海水餃拉麵水餃超級好味，好食又有紹酒味。佢係蒸餃黎，所以能夠保留原汁原味。而上海拉麵彈牙煙銀分量多，湯底鮮味，唔係味精湯，所以食完唔會口渴。上海回鍋肉刀削麵回鍋肉一般，因為太厚。不過刀削麵分量多，而且好好食、好煙銀（不過味必個個鐘意食刀削麵因為比教厚實似麵粉，但中意食嘅人會好中意食!）麻辣肚絲好食！佢啲麻辣係分開上，可以自己調教落幾多。不過肚絲略嫌切得唔夠幼，太粗有啲～
