週末晚上,和太太往銅鑼灣時代廣場內的鍾菜食晚餐,預早為她慶祝生日.訂座時,已揀選了其中一個一位用的套餐,套餐的頭盤是乳豬伴雲耳,乳豬皮爽脆,雲耳淡淡的味道,中和了乳豬油膩的感覺.接著是干邑龍蝦湯燴翅,龍蝦湯味道濃郁,翅肉頗有口感.再來的是原隻鮑魚伴元貝,鮑魚彈牙味美卉,元貝藏在節瓜內,清淡中帶點濃烈的元貝味道.跟著來的是香草汁煎三文魚,肥美的三文魚,或許是用煎的烹調方法,肉質尚且新鮮,但比平時的三文魚少了一點肉汁,口感一般.緊接著是鮮菌泡菜苗,鮮菌和菜苗味道一般,沒有太大驚喜.跟著是堤岸蛋炒飯,飯粒乾爽不油膩,口感不錯.最後的甜品是燕窩杏仁露,翅是另外用碗盛載,將它倒進湯中,攪拌後進食.杏仁露甜度適中,配合燕窩進食,更覺美味.總體來說,食物頗有水準,惜待應不足,客人需等候較久.因用餐有時間限制,上菜急速,未待客人用畢便上另一道菜,略為美中不足.
