往年冬至飯都會提早食, 但今年冬至剛巧在星期日, 就齊一家人揀了正日, 喺阿爸近期最愛嘅飯堂食飯. 預早一星期book位.五大一細叫咗六個小菜:--片皮鴨兩食:--片皮鴨--由於是日滿座, 平日喺客人面前片鴨嘅環節, 改喺門口片好先攞入嚟. 入到嚟當然凍晒啦! 至於包鴨嘅皮, 話要等廚房蒸喎. 咁我哋見啲鴨已凍, 再等一定勁難食, 咁惟有分開先食鴨囉. 要分開鴨同皮食, 都算係第一次.  到啲皮嚟到, 啲鴨都差不多食晒了. 一試啲皮, 微暖 中間位仲凍嘅.  (今次真係好失敗, 對上一次嚟食好正架)-涼瓜炆鴨件--呢個就炆好入味, 正!-椒鹽脆香鮮魷--炸漿做得唔錯, 入口好脆.-枝竹羊腩煲跟生菜--略嫌膻味頗濃, 一煲都有十數件羊腩, 且件件都有肉, 只有少數骨頭, 都算對版.孖寶套餐:--蒜蓉白菜仔--我知天氣凍, 菜價比較貴, 但都唔係咁過份呱, 呢度都唔知有無半斤菜. 幸好味道都算幾好-燒腩仔--皮脆肉嫩, 但由往日食開嘅熱辣辣變成微暖了.埋單 $547.00
