To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一入黎就問我係咪兩個(當時我自己一個)，最近我哋成日黎，已經認得啦～上次黎都係凱撒沙律，有脆煙肉~無留意幾耐轉一次~勁多蟹子個意粉同醬汁都好好食~~本來話同老公一人一半，變咗係咁食佢用個蘋果醬豬排威脅我，話我再繼續食就唔留畀我好耐無出蘋果醬豬排~外邊少少脆~但啲肉就又冧又juicy~嘩~~其他嘢因為已經成日食，唔特別講，不過都係好好食~仲有個西湯係紅蘿蔔粟米~都好耐無飲過~同一個名係其他餐廳我就無興趣，但係太子紅橋就咩都可以放心食食得好開心，好舒服~
