Restaurant: Communal Dining Hall (Student Canteen II)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日因為趕時間,而且無咩選擇,所以揀左喺新can'文康'食下午茶。我3點半入飯堂,無咩人,所以好快就搵到位今日叫左肉醬意粉同炸雞脾。肉醬好重味,食落唔錯而且開胃,開句聲呀姐仲會俾多少少醬你添不過意粉就做得麻麻地,雖然係過左水,但係仍然硬硬地。而炸雞脾,其實真係炸得唔錯,好脆而且雞肉唔老。就服務黎講,我就已經無對PolyU新舊Can嘅服務態度有任何期望喇員工完全唔會對你有任何交流,可以一句聲都唔岀,亦一句基本嘅'thank you'亦未有過。希望PolyU 新舊Canteen即使無好食嘅餐,但會有良好嘅服務態度啦
