To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 曾經到理工大學進修嘅Zaza,今日返到母校,探望好耐冇見嘅Professors☺️同其中一個Professor傾偈傾到晚飯時候,所以去到canteen食個晚飯,繼續邊食邊傾😚😚😚我哋兩個都鍾情烤焗食物🥘,所以我哋一個叫咗肉醬意粉🍝,一個叫咗蕃茄豬扒飯🐷肉醬意粉嘅意粉比較腍,但調味好好🫶🏻;而蕃茄豬扒飯嘅豬扒好軟,好有蕃茄味,而且飯係炒底,特別好味👍🏻👍🏻而且兩個晚餐,夾埋唔使$60,性價比好高

大學飯堂,早餐系列邊間大學?你哋自己估下啦!只可以話我係一個善變嘅女人👩,出門口,搭車果陣都話要食啲有湯嘅嘢,麵或者粥,去到canteen ,睇睇下~我都係想試吓雙層豬柳蛋,就嗌左佢,嗌完先醒起,粥呢?麵呢?果然係女人🤭🤭個煎蛋係流心,所以要小心食到成隻手,個飽即整,芝士俾我感覺係慢慢融,所以還好,但係成個飽可以再熱啲,包無麥記咁硬,所以個人認為好過麥記,如果有埋薯餅,咁就有得同佢打過嘅,而且都唔貴~

今次叫左碟一碟咖喱炸魚柳飯啦。總括黎講,呢碗飯係普通水平,唔算太出眾,但依個價錢嚟講算唔錯啦。首先,我要講下個咖喱味。嗯,咖喱味道係有嘅,不過冇咩特別之處。啲咖喱係有啲濃郁,但味道唔夠深厚。唔係咁多層次,啲香料嘅味道冇咁嘅突出。如果你係咖喱愛好者,可能會覺得呢碗嘢味道唔夠咖喱嘅精髓。然後係魚柳。魚柳係炸過嘅,個質地都幾脆,不過唔係最脆嘅啲。啲魚柳好好都算有咗個炸嘅香味,不過冇咩驚喜。有啲部分可能會有啲乾,我覺得有啲更多嘅醬汁會好啲。總括黎講,呢碗咖喱炸魚柳飯係一份普通嘅餐食。味道中規中矩,唔係太出眾,亦都冇啲特別失望嘅地方。如果你只係想飽下肚,又想食啲咖喱同埋魚,咁呢碗飯係一個可以考慮嘅選擇。不過,如果你追求啲更豐富嘅味道同層次,可能就要再考慮下其他選擇啦。

Openrice比較少人寫大學飯堂,就等我寫下啦😆雙餸飯一向係學生同埋”窮人恩物”🤣🤣$29 有兩個餸,加$3再有熱飲,紅磡區嚟講係好抵食。Canteen D雙餸飯賣相比以前好咗好多😛,以前d肉餅係硬到好似嚿磚咁😓😓,今次睇落去都幾靚仔,所以就試吓,的確OK喎。個菜都煮得幾淋。成個canteen改造咗啲形象,多咗啲新嘅梳化位,唔同顏色嘅圓枱、吧枱,梳化chill傾偈嘅位,竟然仲有足球機😳😳以大學飯堂來講,polyu個canteen質素係高👍🏻

#搞串個pantry係#香港 🇭🇰每間大學都總有一間大家公認唔太出色嘅canteen😖。今次我哋就去咗#理工大學 一間canteen食嘢,感覺真係麻麻😇。呢個canteen餐單上嘅選擇都算幾多,有西式🍽️、中式🥢、日式🎋,甚至連雞煲🔥都有,不過質素如何真係要試過先知。今次就普通咁嗌咗個三餸飯(魚香茄子、蒸滑雞、胡椒豬肚)、肉醬伴長通粉🍝。三餸飯(魚香茄子、蒸滑雞、胡椒豬肚)🌟🌟要讚嘅係個飯比想像中好,起碼唔係硬嘅😂,而茄子味道好濃郁🍆,但口感偏向爛溶溶。蒸滑雞口感算幾好幾嫩😎,但係個調味有啲奇怪🧐,似落咗糖。胡椒豬肚味道正常,但豬肚太硬,有啲似肉乾🙃。肉醬伴長通粉🌟肉醬感覺同中學lunch box會有嘅肉醬一模一樣,喺口感同埋味道上完全相同🤯,肉嘅感覺,似肉燥多個似肉醬。而長通粉偏硬,食落口好粉,似煮得唔夠耐😕。仲有一樣嘢要提嘅,就係嘢飲。叫咗一杯可樂🥤,估唔到竟然喺杯可樂嘅表面見到一層油,唔知係個杯洗得唔乾淨😖,定係可樂或者啲冰出事。果然每間大學都會有一間比較慘烈嘅canteen😶🌫️,不過可能大部份莘莘學子都係以飽肚平價為首選,所以呢度都算接受到嘅😎。
