今日同屋企人一齊去灣仔酒樓度食海鮮,其實呢間餐廳唔係我揀嘅,係我阿爸揀招牌避風塘炒辣蟹呢個避風塘炒辣蟹都可以,鍾意食辣嘅人都應該會OK。而且佢嘅蟹肉嘅部份都比較較多,譬如蟹鉗蟹身等等。椒鹽特大瀨尿蝦 我本身好鍾意食瀨尿蝦,炒得好乾身,椒鹽味好足,蝦肉好滑,椒鹽味已經滲透咗入去肉嗰度,不過我鍾意連殼一齊舐油鹽水浸蜆 上面鋪咗好多粉絲,仲有薑絲,配菜等等,為多算係比較豐富,蜆大約有20粒左右招牌醉鮑魚 鮑魚兩隻已經切開咗,唔使自己用牙咬,因為我都好驚咬成舊鮑!醉鮑魚酒味都幾濃郁,未入口啲酒香已經飄到個鼻入面,食落去少少煙靭,但係都炆得好林楊州炒飯同平時食嘅楊州炒飯差唔多,不過都算幾足料,又蝦、蛋、菜等等,所以一路食小菜一路配楊州炒飯都OK,唔使另外叫飯,兩個人生一個飯基本都一定會食得飽

招牌避風塘炒辣蟹
呢個避風塘炒辣蟹都可以,鍾意食辣嘅人都應該會OK。而且佢嘅蟹肉嘅部份都比較較多,譬如蟹鉗蟹身等等。

同平時食嘅楊州炒飯差唔多,不過都算幾足料,又蝦、蛋、菜等等,所以一路食小菜一路配楊州炒飯都OK,唔使另外叫飯,兩個人生一個飯基本都一定會食得飽
