To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢度好多送酒的絕配食物，我地8個人食咗滷水大拼盤，醉乳鴿，美極雞軟骨，台式炸蚵墨魚餅，鹹鮮煎馬友，又夾又好食。乳鴿及炸蚵仔更加係香港小見的好味道，直頭係因為掛住佢地，我哋要一再回頭的菜式。雖然大排檔式經營，不過地方闊落，好多枱，又有幾間vip房，可以book定位，唔會限時限刻，最啱一班人食中菜飲啤酒。啤酒牌子選擇亦夠多，一定會再去。最最最重要係，門口可以泊車，視線範圍望到，上次有天文台，好有安全感
