To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 週日中午同埋屋企人過來飲茶,面對海景飲茶心情極佳,黑糖蒸馬拉糕既馬拉糕非常鬆軟而且味道夾雜住黑糖的甜味,三色鹹水角唔大一口可食完,味道上無咩特別,中規中矩咁,蝦餃皮薄餡多,味道鮮甜。海王西施泡飯都幾好食,加上一個好出名的燒肉,肉質嫩滑多汁,非常好食。
