To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 黃鴨仔闊別香港10 年,今年又來探香港人,當然要湊熱鬧去影吓相打卡,可惜今年展期好短,只趕得切在倒數最後一天去影相 不過這天遇上了紅色暴雨,只能留在中信大廈室內遙望鴨仔 影完相亦有點肚餓,經過 bricklane 好好彩有位,就食個英倫風午餐 前菜有 creamy甘荀湯和沙律原本 order 咗邪惡蟹蓋加牛扒餐,但職員誤會了,最後食咗樸實的肉眼扒,牛扒七成熟但肉質都唔會靱,油脂比例唔算高,薯蓉好香滑雜菌芝士意大利飯:好香的芝士味,risotto 煮得夠淋夠入味,份量看似不多但超級飽肚 食完嘆杯靚咖啡 之後店員仲送咗一件栗子蛋糕俾我哋,味道少少淡但賣相都好靚
