To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

話說當日, 天文台正懸掛 3 號風球, 橫風橫雨, 天氣惡劣到極點, 但一早已跟餐廳有booking 所以我和太座也冒著風雨照去可也~ 其實本人的親戚在較早之前也曾老顧此店 , 知道其質數有保証 , 且看颱風夜能否保持一向水準 ... Let's go!原來是次自助餐的主題為「海鮮嘉年華自助晚餐」, 我覺得以海鮮作主題是非常切合黃金海岸的 , 因為它的附近是有一個泳灘 ~ 大廚顯示他的廚藝 , 呈獻多道別具風味的海鮮時令美食!走進餐廳時已發覺環境很大 , 擺放食物的地方亦很多 , 可分為冷盤、熱盤、燒烤、甜品、飲品幾大區域 ~燒烤也是 Cafe Lagoon 的重頭戲 , 自己也經常會在廚房煮食 , 知道對著爐頭有幾熱幾辛苦 , 但是這幾位廚師卻每晚要對著明爐炭火燒烤給全場食客 , 他們也是自助餐上的無名英雄 ~ 上圖-右下角: 慢火炭烤 " 參巴醬魔鬼魚 " , 齋聽個名都覺得巴閉 , 睇見口水流 , 滿載東南亞風味 , 必試 ! 超讚!即燒乳豬 , 你見過未 ? 廚師大顯功架 ... 腰馬合一 ! 大佬呀 , 要燒咁多乳豬 , 少啲腰力、手力、定力都唔得呀 ~我 Dog Gor 禁

走進餐廳時已發覺環境很大 , 擺放食物的地方亦很多 , 可分為冷盤、熱盤、燒烤、甜品、飲品幾大區域 ~

燒烤也是 Cafe Lagoon 的重頭戲 , 自己也經常會在廚房煮食 , 知道對著爐頭有幾熱幾辛苦 , 但是這幾位廚師卻每晚要對著明爐炭火燒烤給全場食客 , 他們也是自助餐上的無名英雄 ~
