To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 颱風完左出去食飯 揀左間唔使等位既煲仔王 皆因佢抵食得黎多選擇所有套餐都幾抵 煲仔飯都係$65 仲有時蔬同湯送見到呢張燒味紙 好想食叉燒同脆皮雞 所以我地叫左燒雞 之後揀左鳥頭同炒蓮藕及清湯浸時蔬每晚呢度都好full 雖然好多人都話態度唔係咁好 而印象中佢啲staff真心不太友善 一副愛理不理的樣子😒可能呢區中菜都無咩選擇 又或者大多是街坊情由於炒蓮藕是套餐 送左碗例湯 無咩特別 呢碟西芹雲耳炒蓮藕 個人覺得炒到太多油 西芹同蓮藕雖爽脆 但都被油味蓋過 呢碟雙拼 講起就無奈 原本叫燒雞 無燒雞叫我地揀雙拼 揀左叉燒同油雞 又無 轉貴妃雞 都無☹️ 所以就問佢咁有咩 點知得番白切雞同少少燒鵝 個阿姐話你要唔要 唔要咩都無😰果幾舊鵝除左皮同骨 肉得20% 個雞脾都正正常常 尚算嫩滑 鳥頭蒸得唔錯 咸檸加甜醬油令魚肉更為鮮甜 呢碟莧菜都不錯 清清地 唔會浸得太稔🤞🏻
