以前翻工成日去又一城,食來食去都係個幾間,終於有新餐廳喇!終要係用蒜頭做主題既餐廳,我呢個蒜精梗係要試試。因為餐廳用半開放式設計,出面已經聞到好香好香蒜味。好在早到,等左一陣就有位喇。今日唔算太肚餓,同朋友要左2樣食物,首先黎個入門蒜級既蒜香帶子香草忌廉菠菜麵。如果唔連炸過既蒜片食,其實好少蒜味,反而香草味比較重,而且帶少少酸,應該係檸檬汁,令醬汁冇咁heavy。意粉係闊條麵,可以黏到更多醬汁。帶子係刺身級,煎到半生熟,剛剛好。其中一個招牌菜,熱板烤肉眼扒配蒜頭山。呢個真係冇形容錯,d蒜頭多到成座山咁,除左炸到脆脆的蒜片,仲有一堆蒜泥。雖然係咁多蒜頭,但單食牛排既時候都唔會話無牛肉味,肉汁依然存在。本來要左5成熟,但店員提醒我地鐵板會保持熱力,所以上菜會再熟多少少,所以要左3成,黎到就剛剛好。呢間餐廳一定要同朋友先好食,如果唔係食完後d口氣真係會嚇走人,哈哈!

如果唔連炸過既蒜片食,其實好少蒜味,反而香草味比較重,而且帶少少酸,應該係檸檬汁,令醬汁冇咁heavy。


意粉係闊條麵,可以黏到更多醬汁。
