由於近期天氣寒冷,一向愛吃日式食物的好友來電想來個以串燒食物為主打的農曆過年前飯局,意向的地點就是在銅鑼灣逸園中心的備長;這麼再加上另一也喜啖日菜的好友,這"串燒"飯局便成行了;同是熟悉的大廈,換了樓層的不同,食物的款式口味更加不同;觀其門面,是簡約而新派的和式風格;在內裡的裝修環境氣氛也是跟門面一樣,簡約而新派;抽風相當好,沒那討厭的大油煙味,聞到的是,間斷而充滿誘人食物氣息的煙燻香氣,令人感覺倍覺舒服;餐牌提供的選擇非常豐富,三人都按著各自口味喜好來挑選;經一番交換意見後,有了定案就馬上落單;侍應生先遞來前菜條,一吃就知其爽脆彈牙而清新,蘸上燒汁醬料更滋味!兩碟前菜條在我們三人閒聊近期股市變化間已慢慢清光了,隨後正好上來第一款主打的串燒--牛肋骨;外皮在油脂的外滲作用下,燒得有點焦脆;內裡的肉質帶點胭脂色,咬起來相當嫩滑可口;在適度的黑椒香味襯托下,更突顯牛肋骨肉的濃厚本味!接著來的荔枝豬肉卷也很特別,以一層薄薄的豬肉包著已褪果核的荔枝肉來燒製;放入口中啖味時,已在味蕾中跳動的豬肉有荔枝香氣滲入,而且荔枝的香甜味加上煙燻味,包圍著口腔,其回味相噹悠長!從鼓漲造型看出製作認真的--明
