To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

各地過江龍都嚟香港開舖,就算唔去旅行都可以食到世界美食🌍。「一風堂」發源自九洲博多,喺日本拉麵界有舉足輕重嘅地位。拉麵嘅豚骨湯底的確正👍,熬到呈現奶白色,飲起來濃郁厚實,仲好有膠質及黏唇感,而且又唔會死鹹。特製赤丸新味係將自製香油及赤味噌加入拉麵中,口味較重,帶點微香辣。配菜有4⃣️片慢煮叉燒、半隻糖心蛋及兩片海苔。叉燒肥瘦均勻,慢煮法令肉質好嫩滑。幼細嘅麵條爽口彈牙🦷,點菜時更可以跟店員要求麵嘅軟硬度。惠顧拉麵加$28可以追加迷你豚肉飯、燒鰻魚串、芝麻波菜。豚肉飯係用日本珍珠米,醬汁就鹹咗啲。芝麻同波菜有啲格格不入,勝在高鐵質。燒鰻魚油脂豐富,肉質軟稔,好好味。
