第一次食飛驒牛,感覺都幾新鮮,只知道佢係日本一種好高級既牛肉,對外輸出好少,所以價錢都唔平,今次朋友話帶我黎呢間食下,我開心咗成晚。我地點咗一個飛驒牛併盤,有5種部位;另外點咗一碟牛舌。侍應教我地要「肥》瘦〉肥》瘦」咁樣食先至好味。我地就先食一塊霜降再食一塊赤身咁食,果然係好味!個人最喜歡里脊肉,覺得好香油脂味!牛肩肉都係好高質既肉,食落有口感,味道不錯!牛舌都好有咬口,相對要燒耐少少,鍾意食彈牙就一定要食佢!
