To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 早前因為中華電力喺朗屏嘅電纜發生大火,所以中電就向受影響嘅居民派發共一百元嘅心意券,朋友用唔著就俾咗我,初初都唔知點用好,一睇個list 見到有牛角,就決定嚟多多吃肉。平日早割時間(18:00前)嚟,完全唔使等位,餐廳座位非常闊落。一開始就叫左唔同嘅前菜試下,食下啲蔬菜之後先大快朵頤咁食肉,基本上冇一款牛肉係唔好食,每款都好香牛味,只係肉質有唔同嘅韌度,同埋唔同嘅油脂分布。特別想讚嘅係牛肚好爽,腸亦清得好乾淨。另外雞同豬都好唔錯。好開心佢有蒜片同生菜叫,咁就可以用韓式食法😆,只不過爭左個韓式醬。
