To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

老細請食午飯，當係春茗啦！咁一大班人上到103樓，梗係唔少得睇吓個靚景啦。點知嗰日個天又有啲煙霞喎，咁其實成班人都唔係影到乜靚相。不過算啦，又唔係我俾錢嘢食方面，本來好鬼死大期望，咁食自助餐喎，梗係早餐都唔食死沖埋去啦！點知食落，其實都係普普通通，魚生…真係有啲普通囉，我以為自己食緊爭鮮咋！尤其隻長腳蟹，拎咗兩件，諗住好開心啦！食落好鬼死乾，又冇晒未，唔怪得知冇人拎啦甜品，都有啲入到口嘅，但係真係尖東任何一間酒店都好食啲囉。不過值得一題係佢嗰幾塊芝士，我都唔知幾鍾意食芝士，而佢啲芝士又真係幾OK ,尤其嗰塊藍芝士，平時嗰度都成舊水㗎啦，一件咬落去都要20幾蚊。又真係幾回本位嘅。其他就真係冇咩好講啦，係瘋狂拎啲湯黎飲囉，個蟹肉湯都還見得人嘅以食物質素來講，真係食放題都仲好食呀不過都係食個景啦。
