To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 話說早排喺IG見到廣告,呢一間有刨冰食,大家都知我好鍾意食雪花冰,一於要狗衝試吓,結果食咗一碗寂寞☃️今次試嘅係靜岡焙茶焦糖刨冰($98)🍧一開頭睇到餐牌見到有餡料都幾有驚喜🤑 全份刨冰最值得一讚嘅係冰嘅質感算係幾滑身,但係可惜焙茶味唔突出,焦糖味亦都好化學,直情覺得好似食緊代糖咁嘅味😨 (好似myprotein個啲代糖syrup...)戚風蛋糕放咗喺最底,冇浸到汁嘅部份就偏粗糙,但係因為大部份都索晒啲汁所以有啲溶溶爛爛,唔係好食到蛋糕嘅質感😢曲奇碎係瑪莉餅 但係瑪莉餅一啲都唔碎仲好大塊😂 加上因為底有啲焙茶所以浸淋咗啲餅🤭 麻薯係另上係側邊,係來貨最普通嘅質地,味道係普通嘅糯米味,口感亦都偏硬🫢加一後承惠$105,以呢個份量,呢個地段嚟講,個人覺得定價非常進取🫠老實講其實呢一間係有用心思去設計餐牌,但係食物嘅質素未如理想,唔知係咪我嗰日唔好彩,先至會食到一碗令我好失望嘅刨冰🥲不過就算我真係唔好彩,我都唔會再嘗試讓自己走入去呢一間店😥
