To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日同女友慶祝7週年,見天氣凍,大家又鍾意食蛇,所以訂位試下。去到全場滿座,但都感受到個種人情味;老闆娘(我估)會每枱打個招呼傾幾句咁👍🏽之手叫左個2人餐,有一碟炒粉麵(叫左星洲炒米)、一碟「海鮮」(叫左XO醬芥蘭炒帶子)、一碟小菜(叫左香橙骨)同一碗蛇羹⋯我同女友都唔明點解2人餐得一碗蛇羹,唯有額外叫多碗⋯菜最快到,但真係得幾條😅之後係星米,味道正常,如果乾身d會更好味。香橙骨有驚喜,好香口又唔太油👍🏽蛇羹最遲到,好傳統的味道,但個芡有點勁,好笠口,好彩料足。整體而言,呢道係食人情味,如果純粹想食好野就可能要考慮下🤔
