身為一個香港人,心入面都總有一個不可磨滅既小食位置。對於我黎講,雞蛋仔就有一個咁特別既地位。偶然聞到彈蛋香,就會被吸引自動自覺放低錢。我地不嬲中意叫佢老母雞蛋仔因爲太多人叫奏,一底雞蛋仔可以賣到20、30蚊總有原因,會有佢既過人之處吧。可以見到甜既有朱古力、香蕉、抹茶等等。咸既都有咸蛋味、肉鬆......叫咗底抹茶朱古力同友人開心share,因為一底都幾大份。抹茶味都幾濃但唔會苦澀,入面有朱古力既甘甜味,而雞蛋仔粒粒都好飽滿唔會空心,外脆內又夠軟熟,材料新鮮,即叫即做,已經好難fail但真係唔平,30度一底,偶然一兩次好喇
