To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

入夜了, 肚子餓隨便進一間餐廳吃。 由於本人十分喜歡紅菜頭, 我便吃了紅菜頭芝士意大利飯。 一上菜式, 全碟粉紅色, 我眼睛已變成心心眼! 食物不只吸睛的, 它的味道鮮明, 有芝士香, 也有紅菜頭的清甜。雞肉軟身, 汁夠濃滑, 確實好味! 惟雞肉略少, 可多幾夠, 予人感覺更完全。 朋友叫了個薯仔沙拉, 絲狀青瓜有口感, 另外還有些紅色爆爆珠, 很趣也夾的。 不得不提是, 其餐包是熱且軟身, 我認為這是食西餐的美好開引號。 接著是飲品, 我喝了蜂蜜綠茶, 香味濃甜味合適, 完美句號。
