To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 香港地呢間食早餐我已經食過好多次,佢哋門口嘅位置有麵包買,麵包係現場烘焙,感覺比較新鮮~今次我哋揀咗兩份早餐;炸魚柳+雙太陽蛋+多士配粟米粒炸魚柳上枱嘅時候係熱辣辣,非常好!魚柳粉漿又薄又脆。太陽蛋煎得好靚,不過粟米用牛油炒過,好香,不過好甜唔好食,廚師應該另外落咗糖抄~沙嗲牛肉公仔麵+多士+炒蛋呢個沙嗲牛肉公仔麵,早餐我哋已經食過好多次,越來越差,尤其是今次,湯底好淡,完全無沙嗲香味,牛肉得好少份量,牛肉完全無沙嗲香味!下次要諗諗先至再決定去唔去食!

沙嗲牛肉公仔麵+多士+炒蛋
呢個沙嗲牛肉公仔麵,早餐我哋已經食過好多次,越來越差,尤其是今次,湯底好淡,完全無沙嗲香味,牛肉得好少份量,牛肉完全無沙嗲香味!

下次要諗諗先至再決定去唔去食!
