To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

北上工作的一天，我一定會在鐵路沿線找地方食早餐。這一次，我就選擇在上水站出一出閘，去車站的《美心MX》食個簡單快趣的早餐。在這些連鎖港式快餐店食早餐，我最愛就是他們的雞扒餐。雖然，份雞扒好細，但勝在個汁美味。是日我配火賑片，夾埋麵包一起吃，都幾好的。只是《MX》的雞扒，冇大字派的來得好食。(我總覺得硬了少少。)奶茶，是香滑亦夠濃郁的一杯，作為早上提神用的一杯，算是夠好。整體上算是滿意的一個早餐啦。
