下午諗住快食個晏就入去呢間食,記得之前食過食物都ok~今次見有個招牌皮蛋芫茜湯米線咪諗住試吓,可選兩個餸,就選左豬肉片同豬潤。碗米線來到,只見到舖在上面啲豬潤全部有血水在面,不是誇張是真的在豬潤上有鮮血水,我知道豬潤煮太耐會唔好食,但我未見過係有鮮血係面,即刻叫其中一個姐姐來同佢講,跟住佢話係咁架,就用匙羹🥄按啲豬潤落湯度浸,話一陣食無問題咁我都算,所以第一時間都無諗住影低張相,諗住算啦由佢等啲熱湯浸吓,我大概食左一陣再夾舊豬潤試,一咬又係紅血水,跟住夾多幾舊放面,無頭先既血水,但好明顯係未熟,我真係唔敢食囉跟住再叫個阿姐過來睇,佢睇完就話叫我話比大家姐聽,第二個埋來睇又係咁,我都仲無出聲,心諗你地無野嘛?有問題食品唔係應該即刻處理,即係類似叫個客自己同師傅講,職員唔係應該去同大位講客人食品有問題叫佢去處理架咩?我等完又等都無見到佢地所講既大家姐出來,仲叫我飲吓野先,又話去左厠所叫我等吓終於火都來,我話我趕時間架,同佢地講呢啲係咪應該你地去叫你哋去處理呀?最後一個阿姐走來幫我收左碗野去比師傅整過,一早就應該係咁啦,搞咩啫??最後碗米線出番來,係幫我煮番原碗熟啲咁解。野幾好食都無用,好似

野幾好食都無用,好似驚死俾人鬧咁唔去處理,推個客自己去講。

真心講碗米線唔係唔好食,但豬潤真係太生,員工處理手法亦相當有問題
