疫情後,第一次和媽咪來到千歲擔擔麵吃午餐,心思思想食他們的擔擔麵坐下來看看餐牌,原來多了一人午市套餐可供選擇,午市套餐包括前菜、主菜、白飯及湯。我們叫了一個午市套餐,前菜叫了鎮江肴肉,主菜叫了銀芽炒鱔糊,另外再叫了過橋水餃、楊家小籠包、一口鍋貼,當然還有改良擔擔麵。鎮江肴肉:肉質有咬口,晶凝通透。銀芽炒鱔糊:鱔魚大大件,炒銀芽爽口,醬汁惹味。過橋水餃:肉質鮮味,調味獨特。楊家小籠包:入口熱騰騰,多汁甜美,點醋吃一流。一口鍋貼:皮薄餡靚,煎得香口,細細件一口可吃完。改良擔擔麵:麵條煙靭,湯底地道,吃出傳統承傳的味道雖然有點眼濶肚窄,越叫越多,但實在是太掛住他們的味道,吃完後,捧著滿滿的肚子回家去
