已經有一段時間無去過台灣,有時腦海會浮現出當地美食,而台菜講究古早味,咩係古早味?!  實情係台灣俚語,即係追求簡單而真實味道!可以食台菜都要搵間打正旗號係古早味嘅..............呢間就係!食物款式都幾多樣化,而且仲幾地道,今晚一於黎過台式之夜!宜蘭出名蔥,用黎整餡餅應該幾好食,咁就事不宜遲叫客宜蘭蔥餡餅  ($28),煎至微金黃色,賣相吸引!熱度十足,入口時要小心,細細啖咬開已經有肉汁流出,香蔥粒加上豬肉餡都幾夾!呢客著名柯仔煎 ($52)無潮式炸至脆身咁熱氣,邊位有脆口感,中間位口感係煙韌!蠔仔加埋粉漿一齊煎,再唧上茄汁,多一份酸甜味,食多件都唔覺膩!對於我呢D少湯水嘅人士黎講,凡係有燉湯供應嘅都唔會放過!  呢盎藥燉烏骨鷄 ($30),入面有多種藥材,湯色雖然黑色,入口滿滿藥材味,仲要相當夠熱,我個人就接受到啦,趁熱飲晒先!五味透抽 ($78),就咁睇餸名都估唔到係咩東東,睇相就知係凍魷魚混入秘制醬汁,味道鮮味又帶少少辣,相當好味!古早味滷白菜 ($58),煮得腍身又清甜嘅旺菜索入濃味醬汁,面頭再加上滷肉碎,相當惹味!黎得食台灣菜,點都要食碗牛肉麵先似樣!  呢碗古早
