宜家呢個世代,如果想食出食材嘅鮮味,途經已經唔多,好多時,都比調味料等等嘅其他角色去取替左本身食材嘅嗰種鮮味。如果真係想食嘅話,以下落嚟所講嘅所有野,就絕對絕對係一份肯定🤓👍🏿位於尖沙咀厚福街嘅呢間潮福蒸氣石鍋,絕對係不二之選😀一個價錢吃到飽,加上啱啱經過重新裝修嘅佢,煥然一新,絕對食得舒服❤️先俾大家睇睇餐廳嘅環境,枱與枱之間都尚算闊落,夠晒光猛,望遠少少,一個大型開放式嘅魚缸位,除咗可以睇到新鮮嘅海鮮之外,有啲食法仲可以親自出去揀選海鮮添🙈(不過今晚小編冇得禁做😂)睇睇個餐牌先,上面呢張紙其實就已經係餐牌,任飲任食嘅意思,其實最主要係講右邊用黎後期追加嘅配料👌🏿左面嘅位置,其實可以由上方開始睇起👀最上方,可以先揀粥底。因為上層係用嚟蒸食材,下層就係一個粥底👍🏿今晚小編所揀嘅就係瑤柱鮮淮山粥😀揀完粥,可以睇右一格,就係揀每人一碗嘅滋潤燉湯😀小編所揀嘅就係姫松茸燉螺肉😍不如就有呢個湯開始慢慢講啦🤗呢個就係啱啱所講嘅燉湯啦,大家可以睇到入面嘅食材一啲都唔馬虎! 細細個原隻燉盅,入面除咗有螺肉之外,當然仲有啱啱講嘅姫松茸,兩者嘅份量都唔少,不過食落味道就唔太濃烈,螺肉嘅味道都比較淡身🤷🏿‍♂️

睇睇個餐牌先,上面呢張紙其實就已經係餐牌,任飲任食嘅意思,其實最主要係講右邊用黎後期追加嘅配料👌🏿左面嘅位置,其實可以由上方開始睇起👀

呢個就係啱啱所講嘅燉湯啦,大家可以睇到入面嘅食材一啲都唔馬虎! 細細個原隻燉盅,入面除咗有螺肉之外,當然仲有啱啱講嘅姫松茸,兩者嘅份量都唔少,不過食落味道就唔太濃烈,螺肉嘅味道都比較淡身🤷🏿‍♂️

不過唔使失望住,飲啖湯先,你就知道其實係啲食材味道,都燉到出晒來,落晒個湯度!!啖湯嘅嗰啖鮮味,真係唔係度度都做得到😍

飲完個滋潤燉湯之後,我所嚟嘅就係呢個紅燒乳鴿🙈經過選擇之後,如果揀選呢個乳鴿,每位客人會有半隻👍🏿不過,呢個都建議新鮮熱辣食,因為餐廳亦都即叫即整,經過紅燒嘅佢,做到外脆內軟,絕對可以同一啲乳鴿專門店做比較😀

上圖嘅食材就真係不得了,所有食材都係小編經過選擇後得出嘅結果,因為大家睇餐牌就知,其實唔係所有海鮮都係任食,唔係所有海鮮都可以選擇食曬既👌🏿

由左起: 係貝殼盛盆👍🏿入面全部係唔同大小既貝殼食材,由細至大都有size既蜆😀好鮮甜架!

個盆旁邊既就係: 生猛龍蝦👍🏿雖然每人得半隻,不過真係超級大隻架唔係講笑😧👍🏿

而最近鏡既就有: 大元貝,桶蠔,鮮鮑魚,同埋北寄貝😍👍🏿樣樣都好新鮮架!

係等緊d野食既時候,大家可以先飲下野👍🏿櫃入面有9成既野都係仼飲既🙈9成既意思係因為例如Apple cider呢d就要另外比錢先有得飲既😉

不過大家要小心,呢度就唔主張自己開櫃拎飲品既,因為怕大家整親🙈所以大家想飲乜,即本叫樓面姐姐幫你拎就得架啦😊

首先蒸起食得既,就係貝殼盛盆入面既呢d新鮮蜆仔啦😍見到超高溫蒸完後,每一隻都開曬口,每一隻既顏色都好鮮,同佢既味道一樣👍🏿大隻又正 細隻又正!都完全唔洗加調味料先再食,因為本身佢既鮮味,再帶有少量海水既咸味👍🏿真係好正👍🏿

再黎既,就係左邊既北寄貝👍🏿同右邊既美國桶蠔👍🏿先講左面既北寄貝,餐廳已經先將佢切成條狀上碟,所以令到易熟之餘,又方便食用😊雖然佢唔及岩岩d蜆禁鮮味多汁,不過配埋粉絲食,都唔錯架😀

右邊既蠔就不得了啦,因為小編好鍾意食蠔,所以本身已經加左分🤣不過本身既佢又真係好正既,大家可以見到佢真係好肥大肉厚架😍就算蒸完出黎都重係大大舊,食落口又唔會有陣腥臭味😍👍🏿真心推介👍🏿

以上既呢d就係食完海鮮,之後追加仼食既配料之一黎,雖然選擇真係唔算多,不過一定包你飽囉😀質素都唔太差架😉當中包括例如 : 爽脆豬頸肉,手剁先蝦丸,勝瓜件,及百花釀花菇等等👍🏿
另外重有好多款仼食配料比客人選擇架,包括埋蔬菜添,所以梗有d岩大家心水既😊

食曬蒸既野,蒸到唔想再蒸既話,就要食埋個鍋底既呢個粥啦!!千期唔好唔記得要食埋佢,唔好禁浪費呀😀因爲呢個粥都係成餐飯既其中一個精髓黎架,頭先蒸野果陣,各食材蒸出黎既鮮味同汁都直接落曬呢個蒸度架啦😍所以你食呢個粥既時候,都真係會食到有d鮮味既👍🏿小編選擇左既粥底係瑤柱准山,入面既瑤柱唔多,不過准山都好鮮,又大舊,如果唔留肚,真係唔知點食埋佢🙈

總結係,想食鮮味,呢間潮福真係強烈推介👍🏿價錢雖然比一般打邊爐既貴,但係食既野唔同,質素高,真係絕對值得👍🏿加上,岩岩裝修完既佢,都坐得好舒服,大家真係不妨試試呀🤗🤗
