To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢日同老豆下午1:45pm左右見呢間茶木, 唔太多人（平時好多人排隊）, 又有lunch set，等左一張枱，好快有位，入到去1:50pm叫野食，好快黎左兩杯餐飲，之後過左20分鐘，兩份餐都未黎，追左一次，5分鐘後黎左份，過多10分鐘(前後半個鐘), 第二份都未黎。。。再追。。。前後追左三次講返食物，我自己叫左個自選餐($60)，有碟魚湯浸菜+酥炸排骨+肉燥麵+指定餐飲（柚子冰）。排骨好咸，但幾脆。肉燥面幾好食，煙un，夠熱。本身叫花枝丸，但可能太晏，賣晒，只好叫碟魚湯菜，好細碟，味道一般。食物算ok. 但lunch time黎講呢種上菜速度算太慢吧！真係無下次。。。
