To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 第一次寫食評.... 呢間垃圾真係可一不可再😡😡😡一坐低叫左壺鐵觀音, 冇茶味明顯係返沖咗十次八次,叫罐7喜比咗忌廉仲同我講一樣3個人叫左4款海鮮,椒鹽瀨尿蝦~~上枱時發覺被人偷龍轉鳳, 分量少咗好多, 十吋長變咗六吋,原全冇椒鹽味 。蒜蓉粉絲蒸扇貝~~蒸得過火,淡而冇味。豉椒蟶子皇~~ 冇鑊氣, 冇豉椒味, 汁好希。清蒸東星斑~~ 叫做正常d.....越食越吾對路..... 已經唔敢叫其他小菜, 埋單走人成惠$1900, 真心奉勸各位如果想入鲤魚門食海鮮千祈唔好幫襯呢間海鮮酒家。
