To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

原本見呢間野有咁多好評, 就約埋媽咪黎試下, 諗住唔使下下都係去妹記咁悶啦, 但係我臨時有事去唔到, 所以呢個食評其實係我幫我媽咪寫0既.佢今日lunch去, 叫左個泥鯭粥同鹹肉糉, 據媽咪所講, d泥鯭0既份量少得可憐(只有約1個中式湯匙平匙), 粥底過稀又太鹹, 食完好口渴, 不過都食得出真係用魚湯做底0既. 反而個糉味道ok.我問佢有冇向店家投訴, 佢話見其他人都好似冇事發生咁照食如儀, 所以就冇出聲.....咁就食左$35, 媽咪話叫個白粥都起碼冇咁谷氣>.<
