To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日同屋企人食飯,諗住粉嶺無咩大集團飲茶,所以揀左海港。對呢間野,我真係好失望。簡單講兩樣野,一係食物凍,二係態度差。我叫左十幾樣野,其實係得兩碟係凍既,就係雪山叉燒包同叉燒。首先黎雪山叉燒包,諗住費時煩,凍就由佢。之後再黎叉燒,又係凍,我就真係忍唔到啦。就同部長講,個部長竟然夠膽死話,點會凍架,又乜又七。同我嘈左好耐,死都唔肯跟,最後我火起同佢嘈,佢先肯換比我。 點之兩分鐘,佢拎返同一碟比我,擺明係叮左既比返我。最後我無食到碟野。Btw 呢到係無開冷氣,食物質素其實係okay, 個凍呢樣野真係好難接受
