To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚同媽媽o係新港城中心睇完戲，媽媽話想食甜品，於是近近地就上左 3/F 既【茶木】食個甜品。我就揀左「朱古力心太軟配雪糕」一切開心太軟，朱古力流心已經急不及待傾瀉而出，香濃的蛋糕加上流心的漿，熱騰騰的口感再配上一球冰凍的雪糕，實在令人非常滿足。要做到香濃幼滑的流心，就要上適當的溫度和時間了。而媽媽就揀左「紅豆沙糯米小丸子」寒風刺骨的天氣進食熱騰騰的料理，身體會變得更和暖，而且甜糯的味道更是暖心喔，紅豆煮得很香綿，加上煙煙韌韌的糯米小丸子，令人咀嚼得很有喜感，媽媽都表示吃得很滿意喔。
