To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

食到唔知飽

今晚三個人去咗杏花新城這間連鎖壽司店食壽司，實行放縱一下。論環境、裝修，間間分店都係差唔多㗎啦，不過呢間似乎落後咗啲，因為見唔到用 “子彈火車送餐”，依然維持做氹氹轉。一食就食咗一大楝，廿幾個 items，過足口癮。埋單都五百都唔使，OK 啦! 難怪，去到邊間分店，佢都係咁旺場。當然，唔可以期望有咩特別高質的食材，但只要是衛生乾淨就已經足夠了。老實說，我哋食咗啲咩壽司，其實都唔係好記得，總之轉到埋嚟，合眼緣就攞嚟食。除此之外，就精點了幾款壽司和手卷咁囉。魚生都新鮮，壽司都無散，味道都唔錯。總之，食到唔知飽啦。
