To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 滿心期待,今晚一家人訂左位黎食本年度第一餐大閘蟹餐往年我地去開東海,鴻星o個 d 度食,今年搬左黎沙田,媽媽經過見到呢間酒家有大閘蟹餐,$168有兩隻蟹睇落幾抵食,又見係富臨集團應該唔差,於是黎試下佢點知,大閘蟹無食到,四位比左$448, 食到一肚氣!首先,酒樓食大閘蟹,有乜可能係所有小菜到齊都未有蟹食?一般都係食左大閘蟹先,到咁上下先起埋其他野家嘛,我地叫左三個大閘蟹餐,每樣小菜佢三位放埋一碟上,好求其咁,咁都算喇,我地連另外叫o既$1雞都食晒清晒成檯野,d 送難食都用薑蓉撈晒 d 飯黎食,都仲未有蟹食叫人幫我地跟,d 阿姐又叫我地等等,嗌人叫部長黎,佢又係搵個阿姐過黎,終於都有人答我地,要等多五分鐘其實呢次已經係催左三四次先有o既答覆,仲要好hea咁食晒野坐左半個鐘再等多兩個五分鐘,其它檯都有蟹喇都仲未到我地,呢個時候我地已經嬲到震喇!唔想食喇於是我爸爸走去搵左個西裝部長黎鬧,但佢都毫不在乎我爸直程叫佢取消左d 蟹佢,叫部長淨係計下嗰幾碟送幾錢部長完全係愛理不理,淨係識話無理由喎咁耐都未上?我地緊係覺得無理由兼忍無可忍先會搵著你黎嘈啦,佢最後係同我地從個餐度減返兩隻大閘蟹o既嘅錢囉

真係火都黎!佢話啲大閘蟹係賣緊$28隻咁樣計就 arm 喇喎,
嘩!咁佢呢個所以超值大閘蟹餐真係極之難笨囉!

d 竹筍切到一舊舊咁 , 一陣臭荀味 , 真係唔知食邊樣好

鮑汁好可怕 , 生菜置中後一邊係水一邊係鮑汁 , 強烈對比
因為 d 汁係好似漿糊咁 , 仲有一片琼左 d "衣" o係面 ,
咁唔均勻都算喇, 自己撈勻佢黎食喇 , 但仍然係好糊口,
味道同樣係食完都唔知o個 d 係鮑汁o個種 , 寧願佢落豉油

質素都唔差 , 皮嫩肉滑 , 淋上蒸魚豉油 , 非常鮮味 ,
估唔到配以切雞都幾好食喎 , 由其加埋d 蔥絲一齊食

薑蓉就反而無乜薑味 , 似蔥油多 d , 不過佢都有佢一番作為
就係後期我地無送好食 , 雞又得返頭尾 , 就用左佢黎撈飯食喇

## 呢間油家即使再做幾多特價優惠 , 都挽救不了 ...
服務態度差到令我地唔願花唇舌去催唔願花時間去等
等一樣我地今晚滿心歡喜主打要黎品嚐o既大閘蟹 ,
如果大家 EQ 高之餘有大把時間等佢個幾鐘蒸蟹o既 ,
都可以試下o既 , 我見人地枱o個 d 都真係唔算好細隻
不過我地一家就絕對唔會再比機會佢 , 唔會再幫襯囉 !!
