食到意大利的口味@ PASSIONE拍拖周年記念,去年就到了意大利慶祝,今年要趕PROJECT所以不能外遊,唯有食好少少來慶祝啦~看OPENRICE,找到了PASSIONE,評分頗高,而且地點方便就腳,因此便過去試一下收工早了點,大約六點上到去,只有我們一桌客人,感覺好似包埸一樣餐廳裝修別緻高雅,米色啡色為主調,很有高級餐廳的感覺酒吧區MENU上有Chef Tasting Menu,不定期改變食物內容,由前菜至甜品再加上COFFEE OR TEA,就是一個FULL SET,才$388,相當之抵食酒類DRINK LIST,有多款COCKTAILS供應,主菜散點的話$200-300左右可因自己喜好而下單餐廳提供的麵包,上桌時稍為加熱,食落外脆內軟,而伴碟的還有黑松露醬和香蒜醬,原本麵包不太感興趣的我們一下子食清光HOUSE WINE $60,酒味不太勁,帶點酸甜,非常醒胃Chef Tasting Menu的前菜,蟹餅配芒果莎莎,牛油果慕絲看起來夠美感啦~蟹餅入面全片就是蟹肉,加了點芒果汁令味道帶點甜甜的,更帶出蟹肉的鮮味~非常好Chef Tasting Menu的野菌湯配巴馬臣芝士喝一口,

喝一口,盡是松露的香氣,湯入面一粒一粒的野菌,令人回味無窮,至於入面的巴馬臣芝士我反而飲不出來,不過整體來說是還是很美味的

是整餐我最滿意的一項,那味道就是我在意大利漁村食過的風味,濃而不咸,每一口盡是蝦膏的香氣~

珍珠雞入面包住香濃的鴨肝然後一起煎香,令本身沒有味道的雞肉帶著濃香的鴨肝香味,而珍珠雞本身的肉質嫩滑多汁,二者的結合成為了完美的配合,食落也沒有單食鴨肝的油膩感

我另外單點了咖啡味GELATO ,咖啡味道超濃郁,上面的手指餅和GELATO同食簡直一流,可惜的是份量偏少,未能滿足我食甜品那一個胃~

跟餐的咖啡,如果不怕晚上不能入睡的話,一定要點上一杯,他們家的咖啡比一般連鎖的咖啡店做得好好多,奶也會加熱和打泡,非常細膩
