To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 香港嘅美食多多,形形色色、各適其適,今次就嚟咗紅磡呢一間酸菜魚度食啦。餐廳主打酸菜魚,有酸菜湯底、蕃茄湯底、同埋仲有好特別嘅「沸騰魚」,見個名咁得意,就點來試試啦。話咁快就到咗啦,「沸騰魚」精華,就係用厚厚嘅油香,配上新鮮嘅魚煮嚟食,條魚非常新鮮,非常滑,一啲腥味都冇,我同朋友都食得好滿足值得留意嘅係,沸騰魚嘅湯底,全部都係油,再配上川淑同埋大量嘅芽菜,呢種煮法未必個個接受,我同朋友都嘗試食芽菜,的確係新鮮嘅,但我哋腸胃麻麻地,受唔住咁多油,但無可否認,佢係好有油香,值得一試同場加映,「小酥肉」一碟,配上川淑,口感也是「麻麻」的
