To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 去咗食牛角buffet LV4,星期一至四就$488 而假期或前夕去食就$528,主要都係食呢個set 既澳洲和牛牛肋肉同M3安格斯肉眼,當然仲有半殼扇貝都好好食。主要都係食肉比較多,雖然係任食但肉既質素一d都唔差,特別係澳洲和牛牛肋肉,舊舊肉油花好靚,入口好鬆軟又有肉味。至於其他肉,好似美國SFR安格斯和牛牛肋肉同澳洲和牛一口牛呢類肉口感比較韌, 所以如果叫得LV4 ,建議主力食澳洲和牛牛肋肉, 食完最後出去自助bar枱裝碗飯食收尾!

主要都係食肉比較多,雖然係任食但肉既質素一d都唔差,特別係澳洲和牛牛肋肉,舊舊肉油花好靚,入口好鬆軟又有肉味。
