酒香椒麻牛絲拌麵麵條有粗幼兩種，我揀咗粗麵。到手發覺所謂嘅粗麵係寬條麵。麵條軟熟彈牙，掛上醬汁非常惹味。牛肉似炆到爛左嘅牛腩碎，零零碎碎，所幸整體味道唔錯。第一啖食落唔辣，但後勁非常之凌厲，食多兩啖成個口腔都麻哂。需要不斷飲凍飲先可以繼續食。如果可以輕手啲冇咁麻就更好啦。
