第一次黎,仲係試業階段,今次黎已經正式開張🎉🎉🎉薯蓉油炸鬼田螺($78)油炸鬼焗過,去咗油膩感,上面有少少suace (感覺有啲似thick少少嘅gravy),都幾濃味,送酒一流!威靈頓牛柳($600)上次同老闆講我好想食Wellington Beef,佢話可以幫我整,超開心!美國牛排,大概7成熟,肉質香而嫩滑,最邪惡應該係外面個酥皮,酥皮同牛肉中間有蘑菇同少少芝士,配蘑菇黑椒gravy ,其實唔使落gravy都好好食,訂2人份量,其實夠3個人食,唯一美中不足,就係酥皮包得唔夠實,所以切嘅時候比較容易散,冇咁IGable,不過味道好好,大家可以訂黎試試!蟹膏巴馬臣芝士焗意大利飯($168) 老闆推介我試,risotto焗係好乾身,面頭有芝士,焗得脆脆,好足料,好多蟹肉&蟹膏(老闆話為咗保持質素,會因應季節而選用唔同品種嘅蟹),味道比我想像中清淡,而且一啲都唔膩,推介👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

老闆推介我試,risotto焗係好乾身,面頭有芝士,焗得脆脆,好足料,好多蟹肉&蟹膏(老闆話為咗保持質素,會因應季節而選用唔同品種嘅蟹),味道比我想像中清淡,而且一啲都唔膩,推介👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
