To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 因為要預祝父親節就選了爸媽間中喜歡去飲茶的陶源。這一家陶源是新搬的。之前未光顧過。要說陶源平常是我晚餐的常設選項之一,但这次的光顧讓我非常失望及要重新審視我是否應該再光顧這家餐廳。我們比預訂時間早到,支客說未開門請我們在外面等,說可入內時会通知。她叫了比我們遲来站著的客人先進去選位置。直至我們查詢才叫我們進去。可知那店外走廊是沒有足夠冷氣的地方!因訂位時已訂了餐就在齊人時叫起菜。第一道的乳豬皮頗脆但有點太咸。第二道上芝士龍蝦就出現問題,傳菜放下熱菜等了多時,我們問是我們的嗎?她說是,但要問經理才可以上,我們說再不上菜,菜凉了就不好吃了! 要知道那時客人不多,侍應多站着聊天而無人幫助傳菜。傳菜跑去找人才有人慢慢来確認上菜。要說芝士烏東还可以。。但。。这龍蝦的肉真少。。。但肉跑哪去。。答案在第四道的翅中。。但。。這翅真咸。。第三道 的西蘭花炒海參真是經典! 那海參真的只是用開水燙過而已。一點味道也沒有! 西蘭花有些還是生的! 我真以為我在吃西餐沙律呢!第五道的炸芝士蟹肉黃金卷,就是普普。。蟹肉沒有很多。。第六道的蒸魚算是可以了。第七道的蝦子柚皮時蔬又是另一經典。 柚皮又像開水蒸煮的!一點味

第十道的紅棗糕,我只可以說它只是一個啡色的糕點。一點紅棗味也沒有!還有它不夠結實有點太軟了!

作為一家中等偏上的食府 上各味菜式時應配的醬料 都沒有提供!每每要客人提醒要求拿取才會供應! 服務水平已見不妥當!

更甚的是, 侍應生的態度並不友善! 黑臉連連! 也沒有非常想服務客人的態度!老實說連茶餐廳員工的態度也比他們的殷勤友善!

這廚房出品加上这等服務態度,讓我們很快就能確定它已經牢牢地名列於我們的黑名單中,大概不會再光顧了!真的太差了!
