Restaurant: 味味佳餐廳
Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

美孚都有好幾間茶餐廳，但係其實我都很少幫襯味味佳，因為純粹覺得間餐廳燈光較暗，坐得唔多舒服。今天在偶然的情況下和父母來食下午茶餐， 點知食完之後又發覺啲食物質素唔差， 所以整返篇食評做紀念。老豆叫咗個乾炒肉片河，賣相都算唔錯，仲有幾粒芝麻做裝飾。河粉炒得好乾身，而且好夠鑊氣，肉片又夠腍。阿媽叫咗個魚餃湯河，相對失色。個湯底好淡， 魚餃都係喺外邊買返嚟。唯一可取之處就係有大塊生菜跟上。我自己就叫做過勝瓜斑塊湯飯。 炸過嘅班塊其實浸落湯底都唔慌好食。不過我又好鍾意呢個texture。嘻嘻。呢度下午茶餐平均都係40蚊左右， 唔算特別貴啦。
