To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 七一假期相約了好友在荷里活廣場用膳,因要顧及一眾小老闆,寬敞舒適的用餐環境尤其重要。在水牌前左顧右盼,聘珍樓應是最好選擇。餐廳裝潢簡潔舒適,座處寬敞。一行四大三小,一份四人餐剛好,不用傷腦筋。滋潤煲靚湯:是日靚湯是木瓜煲豬𦟌,湯料足,湯水味道自然濃郁,甜美可口,忍不住添了兩碗。明爐燒味拼盤:叉燒拼燒鴨,選材其實不錯,可惜叉燒過瘦,略硬,調味亦稍鹹。燒鴨味道OK,但同樣乾瘦了一點。翡翠駌鴦蚌:鴛鴦蚌爽口,西蘭花感覺微微炒焦了。清蒸沙巴龍躉:魚香鮮度不俗,薑蔥豉油調味香口,滑度中規中矩。瑤柱蝦乾浸時蔬:以芥菜作時蔬,比較少有,賣相淡黃,不太討好,食味普普通通喇!合時甜品:有紅豆沙、紫米露、芋頭西米露及馬蹄露四款選擇,不算少。一碗馬蹄露,出品熱辣,滑口帶爽,甜度適中。回顧整頓飯,以湯水最好,蒸魚次之,其他只屬普通,加上碟頭細,食後感有少少失望。

Other Info. : 荷里活廣場時常有另類泊車優惠,今期穿運動服飾已可免三小時,實在吸引,難怪遲來需排隊輪候泊位。可以的話,建議五時前抵達為佳。
